Thank you for taking the time to visit this website and find out more about these key roles within the North Staffordshire Regeneration Partnership. I hope the site provides you with a real insight into the scale of the transformation that we are undertaking, and in turn, the scope that these opportunities present to talented and ambitious regeneration professionals.
North Staffordshire is an area with great potential. It has a tremendous history, and a world-class business heritage in its pottery and ceramics industry. Its location provides excellent transport and communications links to the rest of the UK. And, its mix of city life, market towns and rural landscapes offers an excellent quality of life to those who live in, work in, or visit the area. However, its recent history includes some real missed opportunities in the context of the regeneration agenda. And, as a result, it is faced with real challenges around population decline, lack of entrepreneurial and enterprise activity, and a decline in its urban centres.
As a career move these roles represent a pretty unique opportunity to be at the heart of a transformation agenda that is so diverse and far reaching. We’ve drawn up a business plan that clearly identifies what needs to be done. So you’ll join us at a crucial point in our work as we begin turning ideas into real change that radically impacts upon our towns and communities. We are absolutely determined that North Staffordshire will avail of the opportunities that are available to the region, and that its potential and talent can flourish again.
We are working with Proventure Consulting to ensure the best outcome from this recruitment exercise, and a positive candidate experience for those who choose to submit an application. If you have any queries or questions that this website doesn’t answer I encourage you to contact them on 0161 835 3377.
I wish you the very best of luck with your application.
